You may not re-sell, re-publish, copy or distribute any Perfect Clarity Ltd document or any part thereof for use by any third part, including another organisation within a group.  You shall indemnify us in full for all losses, damages, costs and expenses which we may suffer or incur if you breach this term.

Liability

Perfect Clarity Ltd tries to ensure that all documents or information contained within our toolkits, training materials or any part of www.perfectclarity.co.uk are accurate and reflect the law at the time of publication.

However, neither Perfect Clarity Ltd or its directors shall be liable for any losses that arise from relying upon the documents or information within the toolkits, training materials or any part of www.perfectclarity.co.uk.  Or where you decide to act or not to act based upon the information contained within the toolkits, training material or any part of www.perfectclarity.co.uk.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in all material displayed on this website are owned by Perfect Clarity Ltd. 

Training Course Bookings

All reservations for training courses must be confirmed in writing and sent by post, fax or e-mail.  We cannot guarantee to hold a training course reservation that has not been confirmed in writing.

Training Costs

Our training course fees include all training materials, refreshments and lunch.   

Perfect Clarity Ltd reserves the right to increase courses fees to reflect changes to the actual cost of running the course.  However, in respect of any booked course, the costs which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.

Payment

A VAT invoice or receipt will be issued for all training course bookings.

Training fees must be paid for in full no later than 10 working days before the date of the course.  Payment should be made by cheque (made payable to Perfect Clarity Ltd).  All payments must be made in pounds sterling.  Perfect Clarity Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate course places if fees are not paid on time.

Cancellation Charges

For cancellations made more than 14 days before the course a full refund, less £25 administration fee, will be paid.  No refund is payable for cancellation within 14 days of the course, or for failure to attend.

Changing Delegate Details

There will be no charge if you wish to substitute the delegate originally booked on the course with another person from your organisation.  However, please notify us of any changes to the original booking.

Training Course Descriptions

Perfect Clarity Ltd. reserves the right to change elements of course content without prior notice, in order to develop courses in line with customer feedback or to respond to market demands.

Course Changes and Cancellations

Perfect Clarity Ltd. reserves the right to alter or cancel training course dates and venues at any time, without liability.  In these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

Purchase of Goods

We aim to deliver ordered goods within a reasonable time, however, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.  All payments must be in pounds sterling. 

Where payment is not received with your order, we will issue a VAT invoice.  Payment must be made within fourteen days of the invoice date. 

Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to vary these terms at any time.  However, in respect of any ordered goods or services, the terms which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.

The paragraphs and clauses of these Terms and Conditions shall be read and construed independently of each other.  Should any part of this agreement or its paragraphs or clauses be found invalid it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs and clauses.
